Yes, every stay includes towels and linens. If you stay more than four nights we change them automatically at no cost; for shorter stays we can refresh them for a small fee, or arrange a full-room cleaning with new linens and towels for €30.

The studios are spacious, but the entrance is reached via a staircase and there is no elevator, so the property is not step-free.

We do not require a damage deposit. You can pay in cash or by card when you arrive, but please coordinate with our administrator and remember that only prepaid online bookings guarantee availability.

We do not have a pool on site, but the beach is just a few minutes away so you can enjoy the sea whenever you like.

Because the apartments have hosted many guests over time, we cannot guarantee that a specific studio has never experienced pets or smoke, even though we deep clean after each stay.

Each studio includes a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, glasses and a kettle, plus a private bathroom with shower and fan, air conditioning that heats or cools, a safe, TV (without Netflix) and a foldable drying rack.

Street parking on C. Maestro Serrano, 2 is typically free in winter and becomes paid during the summer season (rules vary yearly). You can always find free street spots about a seven-minute walk away toward Plaza Central, and paid indoor garages at Plaza Mayor or Hotel Sol y Mar.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:30. There is no front desk—complete the online process via Checkin.com and you will receive a PIN for the building and your studio. Early check-in between 00:00 and 15:00 is only possible if the studio was empty the night before and you arrange it with us in advance; late check-out also requires prior approval.

Smoking inside the studio and parties are prohibited. If these rules are broken we must charge a €100 fee, so please enjoy the space respectfully.

A coin-operated laundry sits in the corridor for guest use only; it’s self-service, not open to the public, and you just need euro coins to run each load (let us know if you need change).
